24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 26 Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. 27 No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize. – 1 Corinthians 9:24-27
Read Isaiah 66 and Jeremiah 1-2
“ 6 Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.”7 But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. 8 Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord. 9 Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth. 10 See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.” Jeremiah 1:6-10
Rhema: You should not create any excuse when God calls you. Whatever his calling for you – be it on leading, writing, singing, dancing, etc – you should go for it, even you think that you’re not good enough or you do not fit on the standard of the world. Just remember, you have a BIG GOD. Excuses should not hinder you to do His calling; it should not paralyze you. God is always on our side so that we may rely on Him.
Tomorrow is the start of new and strict challenge! Doulos for Christ will be having the 2nd phase of 90 days challenge. Who is excited?

For we know, brothers and sisters loved by God, that he has chosen you, because our gospel came to you not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction. – 1 Thessalonians 1:4-5
My privilege to speak and share my testimonial in front of hundreds of people during the Week of Celebration of our Church.
God bless everyone!
You see performers doing their best to entertain people, but these performers are behind the norms. They use their ability not just to produce good music, but to connect people to God.
“You can’t be reserved in this world. God blesses you with so many things, you just have to discover it” – Pastora Geraldine Ballano
(This article is one of my assignments in my writing class. Just wanted to share it.)
With his tranquil and comforting voice plus his enigmatic personality and gleaming smile, he can capture everyone’s attention and even girls can go gaga over him. He just sings with a bang hitting the most heart rending harmonies. But for the 22-year-old Civil Engineering graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines, he sings not to impress the crowd but to show his unceasing love to God.
Sorry for the long hiatus friends. Haven’t been updating my blog for a while. I was so busy for the past weeks of january. For 1. There’s a lot of super fun and exciting activities in our church 2. I have to finish the new testament as part of my requirement in my training which i’m still working out to finish (im on James already) and 3. I don’t really know what to blog exactly. Lol.
But i’ve been working out for an article to post here. Only if time permits me so. Haha. Hello everyone!
Finally, I’m already 17! I thank God for giving me another year full of blessings. Let me share you want went so good this day. I started my birthday at the Morning Prayer of our Church and it happened to be that our senior Pastor, Bishop Oriel Ballano was the one in charge of the Preaching. The preaching was so great and superb – it tackled about our way of praying and prayer itself (Check James 5:13). After the preaching, I really wanted to come close with Bishop Oriel just to tell him it’s my birthday. Then, I had the heart to go for it. As I told him it’s my birthday, He immediately smiled on me and started praying on me. The experience was so amae-zing. I just really felt the anointing from Bishop Oriel.
And to make my experience complete, I asked him if I can have a picture with him and he agreed. Yey, my birthday just became more special. I thank God for giving me a spiritual father.
I am still a 3-month Christian of Doulos for Christ, yet I really felt the love and care from them. I got a lot of greetings from my spiritual brothers and sisters. Though I don’t know some of them, they still had the heart to greet me. I am really joyful that God brought me here.
The best is yet to come in my life ❤
P.S: I will post later about my party with my High School Friends.
God bless everyone!
