The beginning

I am wasted
completely lost,
clueless for the tick of the clock.
Everything seems shattered
All turn to nightmare
I’m in pain
too tired, too much affliction.
No one appears to care –
Oblivious enough –
to the apparent reality.

I’m a failure,
a grievous burden.
I want to end this
All the agony that torments me inside.
I desire to flee
through the easiest escape;
perhaps a crazy idea
but it is the fastest get away.
I’m about to commit the shame
but Someone whispered
right through my ears
along the whirling winds
through the deafening silence
A manly voice spoke,
“I’ll carry your burden
to ease the pain;
I’ll light up your way
aid you through the giants”
Shivers reach my spine
blown away with the voice,
Flabbergasted with the words.
Then I was reminded,
How precious my life
More than gold and silver,
More than diamonds and rubies.
I thought I’m worthless
like a worn apparel
But He assured me,
“I’ll make your way perfect”
This is not the end
Definitely my beginning
